Job Description:
- Search and identify prospective candidates from target companies;
- Understand the client’s recruitment needs based on its business model, support resources planning;
- Perform candidates’ CVs screening, deliver phone and on-site interview with prospective candidates;
- Conduct background check on successful candidates;
- Communicate effectively with hiring manager and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Good analytical, consultative and interpersonal skills;
- Can work under high pressure;
- Good command of English and Chinese;
- Strong capability to quickly understand business operations;
- Service-minded, accountable, passionate and self-motivated;
- Bachelor degree minimum.
